NP Trading GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”) accepts no responsibility for the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Author relating to either material or non-material damages caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or the use of erroneous or incomplete information are excluded, provided such damages are not the result of verifiably intentional or grossly negligent culpable acts by the Author. In its verdict of May 12, 1998, the district court (Landgericht) of Hamburg ruled that those placing links to other websites may be held liable for the content of the linked pages. According to the Landgericht, this can only be prevented by explicitly distancing oneself from such third-party content. The Author therefore expressly declares that at the time of setting the corresponding links to other pages, these were free of illegal content. The Author has no influence on the current and future design nor content of the linked/connected pages. The Author therefore dissociates himself hereby expressly from all content on all linked/connected pages which was changed after linking. This statement applies to all links and references made on the Author’s own website.
